At ICHA TEA, we strive for the highest quality in every leaf; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened tea packages or defective teaware within 14 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item within 14 days of delivery.

  Our specialists will review your request to ensure the product is unopened and in its original premium packaging.

  Secure Shipment

  Once approved, carefully pack the items and ship them back to our distribution center using the provided return label.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After inspecting the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
